When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  If the downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  If the product you received is substantially different from what was described in the listing.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@coworkster.com.

Please include your order number, the product name, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
