All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital downloads (PDF files) that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. This is standard practice for digital goods, as digital files cannot be “returned” once accessed.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Technical issues: If the downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • Product not as described: If the product you received is substantially different from what was described in the listing.

  • Clear your browser cache and try again

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
